St. Martin's Day Duck Dinner at Sunshine Village Panglao

St. Martin’s Day is an old traditional German custom celebrated on the 11th day of the 11th month at exactly 11 minutes past 11:00 A.M. each year. 
The symbol of the St. Martin’s day is the goose which is usually served in restaurants, roasted with red cabbage and dumplings. And because not everyone could afford to eat goose, many ate duck or hen instead.
In the tradition of St. Martin's Day, Sunshine Village Panglao will be serving fresh oven roasted imported duck with home-made dumpling and red cabbage.
